InvestCents is a virtual bookkeeping company specializing in providing services for short term rentals, realtors, and real estate investors. I exclusively work with Quickbooks Online which allows me to remotely work with clients all over the US. InvestCents will handle the categorization of your day to day transactions, monthly reconciliations, financial reports and year end adjustments.
I thoroughly understand the real estate industry as I am in it myself and I know what real estate investors and realtors need in order to make good business decisions.
More than anything, you need to know more than the current balance of your bank account. You need to know if your investments are profitable so you can further invest, or vice versa you need to know if they are not profitable and thereby also know where to cut expenses or increase revenue.
As a business owner, you also need to not stress about the state of your books so that you can focus your efforts on running your business in areas that you excel at and enjoy.

I am a proud member of CPA Canada and I am also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major and have over 14 years of experience in various accounting positions & industries in both the US & Canada.
But what makes me different from your typical accountant? I own and manage my own short term rental and I am also a licensed realtor in Washington state. As a result, I thoroughly understand the real estate industry as I am in it myself and I know what real estate investors and realtors need in order to make good business decisions.
