This site serves STR real estate investors, owners, hosts, co-hosts, property managers, and property management companies. Some suggested we make the information on STR HUB a subscription service, but as hosts, the last thing we wanted was another subscription. We decided to buck the subscription trend and keep our site free for users.
Instead, to support the site, we have created affiliate partnerships with some of the companies on the site. Also, some companies and professionals on the site pay for positioning among product lists. All products and companies on the site are evaluated by STR HUB the same regardless of our relationship with them.
Additionally, by providing the ‘Write A Review’ feature, we allow others to chime in with their experience and opinions.
Between our product evaluations that include both Pros and Cons and the reviews of others, users are given a well-rounded picture of various products and companies.
