Lance’s extensive experience includes serving as an Assistant Service Manager at one of the top Toyota dealerships in the country, where he interacted with hundreds of customers daily. Additionally, as a Research Technician at The University of Tennessee, he collaborated on multiple agricultural projects for the Department of Agriculture, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Defense. Lance’s journey also includes being a student-athlete on the baseball team at Lee University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science.
