- Shipping through Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record for international shipments.
- FREE delivery on all sample orders; delivery can take 7-10 working days.
- Customers will receive a tracking number from FedEx when their order is shipped (US and Canada).

Returns and Cancellations:

- Customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods.
- Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 30 days.
