Pros

Cons

  • Trust accounting is not built-in. Property managers may choose to create a work around by utilizing the Zapier integration to connect to third-party accounting platforms.
  • Be aware that features vary according to the plan you are subscribed to. The Starter plan charges a percentage of booking revenue. In our opinion, users will be best served by choosing the Professional or plan or higher.
