  • Lodgix charges a 0.5% channel fee on Airbnb and Vrbo reservations and a 2.0% fee on reservations through most other OTAs and metasearch platforms. These fees are in addition to the service fees charged by these platforms. *Note: PMS channel fees across the industry range from 0.5% to 5%. This puts the fees charged by Lodgix at the lower end of the range.
