Coverage Exclusions

  • Force majeure: uncontrollable events such as war, labor stoppages, or extreme weather, etc.
  • Uninsured periods: Since the Safely insurance is tied to each reservation, the periods between guest stays do not have coverage from Safely.
  • The loss cannot be tied to an insured rental.
  • Damage not caused by the guest.
  • Damage caused by: weather, normal wear and tear, and formal events.
  • Liability related to the use of
    • Pets (including bites)
    • Viruses
    • Bacteria
    • Invasion of privacy
    • Injuries a guest causes to another guest
    • Damages a guest causes to neighbors
    • Property not maintained by the named insured.
