Tokeet charges a flat fee subscription instead of a percentage of revenue.
When paired with integrations, Tokeet can provide a complete management solution for hosts and property managers. This a la carte process lets you pay for only what you need and choose the third-party providers that best suit your business.

Cons

Standing alone, Tokeet is primarily a channel manager. If you are looking for a property management software you will need to utilize third-party integrations or subscribe to Tokeet's other products: Signature, Checklist, Automata, Webready, Owners, etc., to handle other aspects of your vacation rental business.
You should be aware of the combined cost of all the integrations and add-on apps.
