- Be an individual property manager OR intend to grow into a full-service vacation rental management company. This category is eligible for renewal. You do not have to increase your number of properties year over year.
- For Property Managers
- Be licensed to manage short-term rentals and rent at least 6 properties on a short-term basis.
- Ensure applicable lodging taxes are paid.
- Provide services to guests through the entire rental process.
