Hello there,
I’m Sandra Kraus, a licensed Realtor®️/Broker with Keller Williams and a Real Estate Investor. I specialize in real estate for Buyers & Sellers, Short, Mid, and Long Term Rental properties, and AIRBNBs.
I’m originally from San Francisco and moved to Charlotte with my husband and 3 teens over 10 years ago. As a broker and real estate investor, I understand what goes into investing in real estate, design, construction, and setting up and running an AIRBNB.
