I spent hours, days, weeks, and months learning about Real Estate investing before I felt comfortable making my first move. Hello! My name is Savannah – Founder & CEO of Networth Nurse™️. I work Part-Time as an RN at a beautiful hospital in Northern California. I am also a Real Estate Investor.
While on maternity leave with my second daughter – I started evaluating my current investments and my ability to build wealth and became so discouraged thinking that the next break I’d get from work would be when I was 65 and retired. I was under the impression that the only way to build wealth was to pick up extra shifts at the hospital – until I discovered Real Estate investing.
Real Estate investing is a powerful tool to build wealth. After a great deal of research, education, and team building, I started investing in Real Estate. Now, I currently operate Real Estate Syndications, primarily for Healthcare Professionals. As I started sharing these investment opportunities with Nurses, I discovered there is a huge gap in financial education for high-income earners. The majority of Nurses that I know, making good money, are still living paycheck to paycheck. I realized there was a huge need for resources, community, and education, which led to the creation of Networth Nurse™️.
