Stephanie Figueros a registered nurse turned short-term rental expert, public speaker, and educator based out of Southern California. She’s a real estate investor and short-term rental realtor with Savvy Realty. She specializes in out-of-state/long distance real estate investing and operates properties in CA, TX, TN and FL. She’s also the CEO of Vivid Iconic Properties, her STR Management Company. Founder of Bravo Virtual Assistants who specialize in sourcing trained real estate virtual assistants to help scale businesses, and Founder of The STR Success Circle where she personally coaches individuals and couples on how to find and self-manage properties from any distance. Stephanie has a passion for helping new and experienced investors transition into the short-term rental space.
Features
She self-manages them with an in-house team of virtual assistants that she has built from the ground up. In the STR space, she has experience with rental arbitrage, owning, joint venturing, and co-hosting. She’s the Co-Founder of STR Nation, a premier community in Southern California where monthly in-person meetups are held and annual conferences.
