Returns and Cancellations

As Accent ships within 24 hours, cancellation of the order is not possible.
For refund/exchange, items should be returned to Accent Amenities in the original packaging and receipt.
If unsatisfied with the order, the remaining items must not be opened nor labels removed.
For damaged items, notify Accent within 30 days of delivery. Return items in their original packaging, together with the receipt
Money will be refunded to your credit card for returned goods paid by credit card.
