Individual Owner/ Manager : $299/ year. Flat rate

Property Manager with 6+ properties

  • 6-25: $540/ year
  • 26-100: $600/ year
  • 101-250: $750/ year
  • 251-500: $900/ year
  • 501-1,000: $1,200/ year
  • 1,001-2,500: $2,400/ year
  • 2,501- 5,000: $4,200/ year
  • 5,001+: $9,000/ year

Member qualifications:

  • For Individual Owners
    • Be an individual property manager OR intend to grow into a full-service vacation rental management company. This category is eligible for renewal. You do not have to increase your number of properties year over year. 
  • For Property Managers
    • Be licensed to manage short-term rentals and rent at least 6 properties on a short-term basis.
    • Ensure applicable lodging taxes are paid.
    • Provide services to guests through the entire rental process.

  • VRMA is a well-established association for the short-term rental industry and provides multiple conferences and educational opportunities each year.
  • Though it was originally designed to serve vacation rental property managers, VRMA has expanded it's membership to include even individual short-term rental property managers.
