      • Be an individual property manager OR intend to grow into a full-service vacation rental management company. This category is eligible for renewal. You do not have to increase your number of properties year over year. 
    • For Property Managers
      • Be licensed to manage short-term rentals and rent at least 6 properties on a short-term basis.
      • Ensure applicable lodging taxes are paid.
      • Provide services to guests through the entire rental process.

FAVR, or the Florida Alliance for Vacation Rentals, was formerly known as the Florida VRMA. Our non profit membership association has been supporting the vacation rental industry in Florida for over 28 years. Nobody supports the Florida vacation rental marketplace like FAVR. Our alliance is directly governed by vacation rental industry owners, managers, operators and vendors from all aspects of the industry. This non profit association is supported by our membership and has been the driving force behind Florida’s vacation rental industry for over 28 years.
